Our Skilled Staff is Ready to Assist You

We work closely with you to staff your event properly so everything goes smoothly. There are always servers who set up, serve and maintain the buffet as well as the surrounding area. If Bubbalou's is cooking on site, culinary personnel are present to manage the pit area, back up the buffet and assist in maintaining the surroundings. Depending on the size of your event, some may require specialized staff or more staff members than others.
