Each year when I go to the season-opening gala at Lowndes Shakespeare Center, I bypass the fancy catering and head to the Bubbalou station for barbecue. This year, the bodacious folks offered a sort of "pork cocktail," pulled pork, slaw and baked beans in a cup. Yum.
